Shipping and Handling

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in optimal condition. We aim to process and ship all orders within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping is conducted through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States, ensuring that our customers receive their handmade products promptly and securely.

Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns up to 14 days after receiving the order, specifically for eligible items. Eligible items for return include unused sewn items and unused candles. 

Items such as soaps, sugar scrubs, bubble baths, body butters, lotions, soaks, and washes are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return for eligible items, please ensure that the products are in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by any tags or original packaging. Reach out to us at unknowntravelersoaps@gmail.com.
